The Byron Museum Once Again the Focus of Attention

The Byron Museum will once again be the focus of attention, this time in London. On Tuesday 27 January at 6:00 p.m., at the prestigious headquarters of the Italian Cultural Institute in Belgravia, in the elegant heart of the British capital not far from Westminster, the Italian Byron Society (President: Ernesto Giuseppe Alfieri) and the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Ravenna, which owns the Byron Museum (President: Mirella Falconi Mazzotti), together with the Municipality of Ravenna and the Italian Cultural Institute in London, are promoting a major cultural event entitled “Byron: Love, Landscape, Poetry and History in the City of Mosaics.

The great new feature of 2025 and increasingly the focus of international media and cultural attention, the Byron and Risorgimento Museums are experiencing an extraordinary moment thanks to the worldwide interest surrounding this fascinating cultural hub, promoted by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Ravenna and by the Museums’ creator, Antonio Patuelli.

Tuesday, 4 November at 7.00 p.m., a special edition of Studio Aperto on Italia 1 dedicated to the Byron and Risorgimento Museums. Inauguration of the Micromosaic exhibition.

The Mediaset TV network is showing increasing interest and attention towards the Byron and Risorgimento Museums. A new and important confirmation of this is the in-depth Mag segment on Studio Aperto, which will feature an extensive report on the Museums, produced by correspondent Vito Giliberto, next Tuesday, 4 November at 7.00 p.m.. The report will include an interview with the President of the Cassa di Ravenna and creator of the Museums, Antonio Patuelli, as well as a focus on the visit of Robin Byron, great-great-grandson of the famous poet, together with his wife Robyn, to the places that hosted their illustrious ancestor from 1819 to 1821.
